Sand Dunes Resort Unit 1408

beach view was great,,,parking was easy,,,just one thing for me,,,,,,,,,there were no beach chairs or umbrellas at this condo, and no lifeguards to rent from... It would be nice if you could have them at the condo. I'm a beach person....thanks

The condo was very centrally located and easy to find. The rooms were clean, in need of a paint job, but otherwise very nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms updated. The one shower did not work, but the other one in the masters bedroom worked fine. I would recommend this place.

This unit was better than expected. Description and pics were very accurate. Our 4 teenage girls had a blast. Plenty of room for all. Lots to do without ever leaving the property. Balcony facing the sunrise over the ocean each morning was one of my fave features. Just steps to the beach from the pool area. We stayed week of Aug 18 and it wasn’t crowded at all. Weather was great despite hurricane Erin making her way up the coast. Lifeguards on the beach. Missy was lightning fast responsive and helpful with any questions. There are 3 elevators right across the hall from the unit that easily take you to the spacious parking on the lower levels. Great food at the Beachfront restaurant downstairs and River City Cafe next door. We cooked a lot in the kitchen as well. Appliances were new. Beds and pillows looked new too and were soooo comfortable. Resort was safe and clean all around. Our girls had the freedom to go up and down from the room to the pool/beach without worry. Thanks Missy for this great space!!

Missy was a great host. Good communication, gave good recommendations, and we had an overall problem free stay. Would come back again.
